La belle et vicieuse pirate, Divatox, suit les Rangers à Angel Grove pour se venger d'avoir gâché sa cérémonie de mariage avec Maligore, avec son sous-marin, armé de torpilles, et avec l'aide d'une armée de monstres et de nombreux détonators. Les Power Rangers continuent d'utiliser leur Turbo Pouvoirs pour la stopper.

Visceron

HISTOIRE

Visceron vient de la planète Inquiris, et est un très bon ami de Dimitria.

En possession d'une très grande nouvelle pour Dimitria, il fait le voyage depuis Inquiris. A son arrivée sur Terre, Visceron est capturé par Divatox qui souhaite obtenir le contenu de cette nouvelle en premier.

Refusant de parler, Visceron est transformé en serviteur subalterne puis envoyé au combat contre les Rangers. Obnubilé par le Detonator, Visceron parvient à le récupérer alors qu'il lui explose dans les mains. Le sort est alors inversé mais Visceron est gravement blessé.

Dimitria utilise ses pouvoirs et guérit son ami. Ce dernier lui explique que son certificat de naissance a été falsifié. Dimitria aurait une soeur jumelle, dont elle ignorait l'existence.
