Les Power Rangers doivent faire face aux ennemis les plus terrifiants : l'Empire des Machines. Si puissants que même Rita Repulsa et le Seigneur Zedd préfèrent quitter la Lune pour leur laisser la place.
Face à cette nouvelle menace, les Power Rangers puisent désormais leur force de la puissance du Zeo Cristal, accédant à un nouvel armement.

HISTOIRE

Le Chef Crandall est le chef de la police d'Angel Grove.

Lorsque sa fille, Connie, intègre la police, il fait tout pour la protéger. Surtout quand Bulk lui tourne autour et multiplie les âneries. Il ordonne au Lieutenant Stone de le surveiller pour qu'il cesse son numéro.

Finalement, quand il dépasse à nouveau les bornes, sans que le Lieutenant Stone ne puisse rien y faire, le Chef Crandall renvoie ce dernier sur le champs. Bulk et Skull décident de quitter la police par solidarité.
