Après dix mille ans de captivité, la sorcière Rita Repulsa est libérée avec l'unique volonté de conquérir la Terre.

Zordon, un être intergalactique installé dans son Centre de Commandes près de la ville d'Angel Grove, choisit cinq adolescents pour combattre la sorcière et ses monstres en les transformant en Power Rangers !

HISTOIRE

Bookala est un être habitant sur la Planète du même nom. Il se rendait chez lui lorsque son Vaisseau s'est écrasé dans le parc d'Angel Grove. Heureusement, c'est Billy, Adam et Aisha qui l'ont recueilli. Bookala est un être très intelligent et apprend très rapidement la langue des Rangers. Le Seigneur Zedd est très intéressé par le Diamant de Lumière, la source d'énergie de Bookala. Il veut la lui voler pour alimenter Serpentera. Les Rangers mettent alors un plan en marche pour permettre à Bookala de repartir sur sa planète tranquillement. Juste avant de les quitter, il fait tomber la neige pour son ami, Billy.
